Refund policy

We understand that sometimes purchases don’t meet expectations, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible for our customers. Here’s a quick overview of our returns and refunds policy:

  • Return Time Frame: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for eligible items.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be in returnable condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified time frame. They will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at Weunderlust@gmail.com and send your item to the provided address.

 

Shipping Returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to the provided address.

You will be responsible for 3$ extra of shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
